What is Kopi Luwak?

How is it made?
Kopi Luwak is made from a coffee bean that have been eaten buy a civet. Ripe red coffee cherries are one of the favorite foods of the civet
the civet choosing only the ripest and sweetest berries. After the civet swallows the berries, they ferment in the digestive system where the stomach
enzymes breaks down the proteins that give coffee the bitter after taste.
